Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of HCW Hollywood Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

HCW Hollywood Concrete provides concrete construction and related services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with the specifications outlined in your service agreement or quote.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if additional work is required. We will communicate any necessary changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement and typically include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule and work diligently to minimize delays.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring access to the work site, obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from homeowners associations, and informing us of any underground utilities or obstacles. You must also ensure that pets and valuables are secured during our work. Failure to provide necessary access or information may result in delays or additional charges.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines. If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and materials have been ordered. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be charged for all work completed and materials used.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and provide a warranty on our services. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, settling, or natural disasters.

Concrete naturally develops minor cracks over time due to settling and temperature changes. Hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. We use industry-standard practices including control joints to minimize cracking, but cannot guarantee crack-free concrete.

Liability

HCW Hollywood Concrete carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed. We are not liable for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time.

Changes to Terms
